Mark J. Condon

Mark J. Condon graduated from the University of Santa Clara Law School in 2018. During his time at SCU Mr. Condon focused his coursework on Business Law, receiving an award for the top grade in his Commercial Transactions course, and Real Estate Law. During his time at SCU Mr. Condon was selected to participate in the law school’s nationally recognized Study Abroad program and spent two months in Japan taking classes with Japanese Law professors, including a negotiator on the Trans- Pacific Partnership, and interning at a Law Firm in Tokyo.

Before attending SCU Law School Mr. Condon obtained a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Mr. Condon also worked for a nationally known industrial supply company as a territory sales representative.

Mr. Condon’s practice focuses primarily on Real Estate, including but not limited to assisting clients with the purchase and sale of real property, assisting with joint ownership of real property, and litigating partition actions. Mr. Condon also works with local businesses on all aspects of their operations, from formation of the right entity to business succession planning.

Mr. Condon is admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California.
